Agency History

July 12, 2019, our founder Cacharel’s “Cach” uncle (George Ibeawuchi Okoro) suddenly departed from this life. His death brought forth a prolonged grievance that led to the thought, “If anyone is feeling an ounce of the pain I am feeling in this moment, I want to support alleviating such pain.” Thus, in December 2019, Cach identified that individuals experiencing homelessness would be her intended target of service and began implementation within the same month. Food, hygiene products, clothing, blankets, tents, shoes, and clothing were just a few of the items disbursed monthly to this population. In January of 2020, Gs Love Foundation was officially birthed with a mission to embody Uncle George’s genuine love for serving people- hence the name Gs Love.

Additionally, Gs Love Foundation supported individuals to secure their housing needs, career-building opportunities, connections and accessibility to community resources for a diverse population among other intentional services. This led to the conversion to Gs Love Ltd.

Approved by the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, Gs Love Ltd. is a Targeted Case Management and Home and Community Based agency, serving the Elderly, Blind, and Disabled population exploration of independent and community living. Currently, serving the counties of Colorado:
